Known Limitations, Errors and their Workarounds

While managing content you will encounter some errors. Some of these are cryptic and scary. But rest assured, most of these aren't a cause for concern.

If however, you do encounter an error that is holding you back, please bring this to our attention.

Red spillage

This occurs sometimes when you hit Save/Publish, typically after you've made updates to a WYSIWYG field.

Simply refresh the page and you'll return to where you left off. 99% of the time, the content updates will have been committed.

Internal Server Error

These can be due a myriad of reasons. Here's a list of those we're aware of:

• Long URLs: The URL provided in a link field exceeds 255 characters.
